This website
YNJ Games uses ynjgamesllc.com to share information about its games and provide a private Command Center. Reel Studio, within the Command Center, lets the authorized YNJ Games operator manage the company’s videos and connected publishing accounts.
Private Reel Studio
Private sign-in uses Firebase, which processes the operator’s phone number and sign-in verification information. The workspace uses the verified account identifier to restrict access to the configured owner. The website and sign-in service use session information, including cookies, to maintain that access.
Reel Studio stores captions, notes, file references, selected destinations, publishing records, and imported analytics online in Firestore. Videos and reference files are held in the private GitHub reel repository and retrieved when needed. Files uploaded through the workspace are added to that repository. This information supports reviewing, editing, synchronizing, and tracking the company’s content. Analytics shown in the workspace are dated imports.
Connecting Google or Meta provides account identifiers, account labels, granted permissions, and access credentials used to verify the destination, upload reviewed content, and check the result. Saved provider credentials are encrypted in online workspace storage, and the GitHub credential is kept in server-side secret storage. The workspace also retains publishing status, returned post identifiers and links, and encrypted upload-session information so interrupted uploads can be checked.
Workspace records are made available to the authorized operator and processed by hosting and storage providers to run the service. A reviewed video and its selected metadata are sent to the chosen platform when an upload is requested. Choosing Upload and publish publicly requests public publication on YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram. Snapchat publication is requested with its separate Publish publicly action. Platform processing and account restrictions may affect when or whether a video becomes public.
YouTube and Google account access
Reel Studio uses YouTube API Services to verify the connected channel, upload reviewed videos, and check upload and processing results. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke Reel Studio’s access to your Google account through Google’s account permissions settings. To request removal of information already stored in the workspace, follow the deletion instructions below.
Reel Studio data deletion and disconnection
To request deletion of your connected-account information, workspace records, or files uploaded through Reel Studio, email ynjgamesllc@gmail.com with the subject “Reel Studio data deletion.” Identify the workspace or connected account and the information you want removed. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or app secrets. We may need to verify the request before removing private data.
Disconnect in the Accounts screen removes that account’s saved workspace credential. It retains the library and publishing records and does not remove posts from the publishing platform. Provider permissions can also be revoked in Google’s account permissions settings or Facebook’s Apps and Websites settings. Deleting a workspace record does not itself delete the GitHub file or a post already held by another platform. Identify any uploaded files you also want removed in your deletion request.
Information handled automatically
The hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. Some official game images are loaded from Steam’s media servers, which may receive normal request information when those images load.
Auto Cats Reels TikTok connection
The separate native Auto Cats Reels Mac tool also has a TikTok connection page on this website. When an operator connects TikTok, TikTok may return a temporary authorization code and a request identifier to this website’s connection page. The page removes these values from the displayed address and, when the operator chooses to continue, passes them to Auto Cats Reels on the same Mac. The Mac app validates the request before exchanging the code with TikTok.
This connection page does not use analytics, third-party assets, cookies, or browser storage. Its application code does not save authorization codes or exchange them for tokens on the website. Standard hosting and security processing described above still applies. Credentials and any resulting tokens for this native Mac connection are kept locally on the operator’s Mac; the online Reel Studio connections described above use separate storage. TikTok controls which permissions and API access are approved; visiting the connection page alone does not connect an account.
If you email YNJ Games, we receive the address and information you choose to include. We use it to respond, provide support, and keep a reasonable record of the conversation.
